Phulwani is a top Indian American immigration attorney.
NEW YORK: New Jersey Law Journal has recognized Michael Phulwani, Esq., one of the Managing Attorneys at Nachman Phulwani Zimovcak (NPZ) Law Group, P.C., with the Professional Excellence 2015 Lifetime Achievement Attorney of the Year Award.
The award will be presented to Phulwani on May 27th, 2015 at Brooklake Country Club in Florham Park, New Jersey, according to a press release from NPZ.
Phulwani is admitted to the practice of law in India, and the states of New York and New Jersey. He has been practicing law for about 40 years in the field of Immigration and nationality law.
Phulwani has successfully handled many complex immigration matters with the Immigration and Naturalization Service and consular processing cases at American consulates abroad, especially consular posts in India.
He is the author of ‘Guide to U.S. Visas’ and numerous articles published in various ethnic newspapers and other publications in the U.S. and India. He has also co-authored a series of articles on American consulates in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, published in “The Visa Processing Guide” by American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Phulwani is a frequent lecturer on U.S. Immigration Law nationwide in the U.S. and abroad. He is the recipient of Mahatma Gandhi Award and has been honored by several community organizations for his dedicated community service in the field of immigration and nationality law.
He also co-hosts a weekly television program with his Law Partner, David Nachman, Esq. called “Immigration and You” which is telecasted on ITV every Saturday and on Vision of Asia every Sunday in New York, New Jersey, among other states.
